Kelly did an excellent job painting the kitchen. We are still going to put one more layer because of all the holes in the wall. She sent almost 4 hours scrubbing all the grease off the wall. 
who knew I could be a plumber?? 
Here is the new sink, countertop, and range. The land lady is paying for it all and we are doing all the work. If she doesn't want to pay for it, which hasn't happened yet, then she said she'll take it out of the rent. That in itself is great, because we are paying with our rent to help out our living conditions :)
That's the new toilet and sink with a broken piece of shower wall next to the toilet. Yet are both fully operational.
